What you need to know about our warranty period
All products come with at a minimum 1 year warranty but it varies between products and some have much longer.
The warranty period is stated in the “More Information” section on each product page. If it is missing please contact us and we will reply with the relevant information and update it.The warranty policy is RTB (Return To Base) which means the customer needs to return the product to us at their own cost if the order is over 3 months (anything sooner and we will send a pre-paid courier label).
We will cover the costs of sending the replacement or repaired item and is normally despatched back to the customer within 7 working days from receipt of the defected item.
Things to note:
- The warranty period starts on the date of invoice.
- The warranty period is based on a burning behaviour of max. 7000 hrs/year.
- This warranty only covers products applied within their ‘intended’ or ‘normal use’ as defined by:
- Operating conditions are in accordance with the information on the products and its packaging.
- Ambient temperature never exceeds the operating temperature range -20°C to +45°C.
- Relative humidity in the installation never exceeds 80% RH, or never exceeds the IP rating of the product if any is provided.
- Switch cycles of less than 60 per day.
