These LED battery-operated lanterns are powered by 3 x AA batteries (not included), so positioning them around the home is a breeze due to their cordless nature. Each lantern has three settings: On, off and timer. With the timer function, you can set it once to have it turn on each day automatically at the same time for 4 hours. This allows you to easily set daily light-up schedules, meaning that they will turn on at a set time and automatically turn off whilst continuing the routine the following day. This also allows you to position the lamp in hard-to-reach places without having to turn it on and off manually. To turn the light on continuously, switch to the ""on"" position.
