Will my order be dispatched the same day?
All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Any orders after 3pm will be dispatched next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
How do I return my unwanted item?
All goods come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will issue you a refund. Returns conditions:
- Goods MUST BE unused.
- Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods must be received back at our office within 30 days from the day you received your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
Please check your spam and junk folder for the confirmation, the confirmation is sent within 24 hours, alternatively please feel free to give us a call.
Can I amend my order?
All orders are picked and packed immediately after your order has been placed, so we can’t usually amend the order once it’s been placed. If you have any problems, please call us straight away and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not have a shop or showroom for you to collect the order from, it is delivery only and you can order online 24/7.
Can I have a VAT invoice?
A copy of your VAT invoice will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please note, we are closed at the weekend, so no orders will be dispatched then. If the order is placed after 3pm on Friday you won’t get the invoice until Monday evening.
There is an item missing from my order.
You must notify us of any order shortages within 3 days of receipt of the item by email or call our customer service team who will be happy to investigate this further for you.

Why are my solar lights not working?
Please ensure that the solar panel is in direct strong sunlight to charge sufficiently. Unfortunately, due to the nature of solar powered items having an inconsistent power supply, you will experience periods when the light does not stay powered on for the full length of time. Variable sunlight, particularly during Autumn and Winter months, will reduce the working time of these lights.
Are returns free?
If the item is unwanted the returns are made at your cost. Please make sure to get proof of postage upon returning the product.
