These lights are focussed on convenience. They are wireless so there is no awkward wiring required, so no need to hunt for a suitable socket. The PIR sensor detects movement from up to 5m away and activates the lights. They have a variable timer built in that will keep the lights activated for either: 15 seconds, 130 seconds or 380 seconds and then turn off automatically. While this is ideal for cupboards or drawers, you could use it in your loft, garage, under the bed or even car boots and glove boxes.
The PIR sensor is rechargeable via a standard micro-USB cable (supplied), so there is no money wasted on replacing batteries.
